All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, using your choice of First Class or Priority mail. International orders are shipped via your choice of USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, or DHL Express Worldwide.
All orders over $100 ship free via USPS. For each shipment an email will be sent to you with the tracking number.
We usually ship all orders the next day, however during the holiday season your order could ship the same day if received before 11am PST. All items are shipped from our location in Los Angeles.
All products are carefully inspected as we receive them from our suppliers. Nonetheless, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund, if done so within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Make your request via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page and state your reason for requesting the return.
